RAX70 do not give me max WIFI speeds when connected to a new ISP

I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I've encountered an unexpected issue with my Netgear RAX70 router after making a switch to a new ISP with a superior internet package.
Here's the breakdown:
Previously, under my old ISP with a 500MB package (copper fiber), I consistently achieved a robust 490MB download speed over WiFi 5GHz on my laptop. (Copper fiber connected to the ISP router, connected to my Netgear WAN input with ethernet cable) However, since transitioning to the new ISP, which delivers a 1G internet package through optical fibers, I've encountered a perplexing problem. Despite the upgraded package, my WiFi download speed has dipped to the range of 300-350MB on the same laptop.
To delve into the new setup a bit further, a fiber cable from the wall connects to a Fiber adapter (Nokia G-010G-Q), and from there, an Ethernet cable links to my Netgear RAX70. Strangely, when I switch to a wired connection, the download speed skyrockets to the expected 850MB. (This means the router gets the full internet bandwidth from the ISP and the adapter does not lower the speed)
I've conducted thorough tests using various devices that support higher speeds, ensuring consistency in my comparisons. However, I'm at a loss as to why the WiFi speed is significantly lower with the improved internet package.
If anyone has insights into what might be causing this discrepancy or suggestions on how to address it, I would greatly appreciate your input.
- I disabled QOS and all the other features to make sure - Nothing works.
- Set up the router again several times.
- Change WIFI channels.
- Updated framework.
The issue is only with WIFI and only with the ISP.

I did a speed test from Netgear's Nighthawk app and got an 800 download speed, which is super!
I know the app is telling the router to test its wired speed through the modem. So it means the router does receive the 1G link connection.So why does my laptop receive only 350Mbps?
For some reason, he has trouble transmitting it via WIFI. It's happening on 3 different new laptops; my PS5 also gets 300Mbps. All the connected devices seem to have a limit of 350-400Mbps for some reason - There are no limitations that I know of in the configurations, I set up the router from the start several times.I'm out of ideas.
I know you said you installed from the start.
did you factory reset but pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?
And during the install, don't install from a backup configuration.Just install it default and leave access control, parental controls, qos, and traffic monitoring all disabled.
What modem was it connected to?
A couple things to check.
1. why do you have your 2.4ghz set to 54mbps? You won't hit fast speeds with 2.4ghz but its capable of more
2. You've got 1 of the 5ghz maxed at the 1200mbps supported but the other set to 2400mbps versus the 4800mbps it supports. Why?
3. Keep in mind, throughput for 5ghz tends to be 55-65% of what the link speed is. So if you're connected to the 1200mbps link speed one, you might see some faster 500+ speeds if you're close and if the device you're testing with supports those. So putting what link speed you're on is important too.

- I know I can configure it to a higher speed, but I thought maybe something in that network is taking bandwidth from the 5GHz, so I lowered the rate to be sure it's not that.
- This is the maximum bandwidth that I can configure in that network. The first 5GHz is 1200Mbps and the second 4803Mbps.
- I'm connected to the 1G link from the ISP. So yes, I expected to get more than 350Mbps - Especially because when I was connected to a 500Mbps link, I got 490Mmps download speed.
