RAX80 and WD Elements 10TB Problems

Hello,

I decided to upgrade my READYSHARE drive from a WD My Book 3TB to a WD Elements 10TB.  However, I find that the network connection drops amd is no longer available while transferring data to the drive.  I attached the drive to my PC and formatted the drive, thinking that could be the issue.

Hooked the drive up again to READYSHARE, mapped the drive again and began transferring data. Then the drive network connection went bye-bye and I could not longer access the drive. When I log into the router, READSHARE says there is no USB drive attached.

I have review the logs, but there isn't anything regarding the READYSHARE.

Firmware Version V1.0.2.76_1.0.35.

 

So what's going on?  Any ideas? Is is a WD Elements issue or a Netgear Firmware issue?
