RAXE500 not forwarding ports

I have been struggling to get port forwarding to work so I can host a Rust server for my friends. I was using a XR500 and it forwarded the ports without an issue. I followed all guides and can not get this to work. I even tried putting that server in DMZ and that didn't work. Any ideas?
