From app it often says can’t connect to internet. No matter how many times to power off and on, still can not detect internet, even with reset.
Internet connection goes smooth if using another router. Very frustrated as this is the first time to use Netgear.
Could anyone share the solutions?

Hello Chick82,
Please factory reset the router by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds. After doing so please use the Nighthawk app to setup the router. Furthermore, you may also contact our support team for setup assistance: https://www.netgear.com/support/default.aspx
