Rax48

My nighthawk Netgear RAX48 stopped working one day and it took me forever to get it started again, hitting the reset.  But when it came back on my nighthawk app said my Armor had expired, but I have Armor pro till the middle of March and I cant get anybody to tell me how to get it working again…please help..I paid for this and they aren’t even helping me.  It is wired and I am using a Mac and ipads with it…thank you for your help!!  Jackie

  • Sadly for armor you do need to contact customer service. 

    To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
    Register an account (or login) and then the device.
    From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
