Router disconnets everyday at the same time for 5 seconds

I encounter an issue with the router dropping connection at exactly 3:49 PM EST for about 5-10 seconds every single day.  It's not that big of an issue but it's frustrating getting disconnected while playing video games.  I don't know if it's the router or if it's the cable modem but I'm thinking router.  It literally drops my connection for 5 seconds and then it picks up again. The router does not restart or anything. It's like a hiccup that occurs at the same time everyday for 5 seconds.  What could the issue be? please help.  Thanks

What is your router model/firmware version?

Hi, it's a Nighhawk AX 1800 R67000 AX Wi-Fi router and the firmware version is: V1.0.3.92 I just got it earlier this year to replace my spectrum wireless router which i had to pay a monthly fee for.
