Router won't talk to tv.

I'm having trouble getting my AX6000, model RAX80, to connect a couple Samsung tv's to the internet.  They connect fine to the router but won't go any further.  My computer and phone both connect to the internet through the router just fine. Wondering if there is some kind of an internal filter for streaming or if it's my ISP. Any help would be appreciated since I've been working on this for days now.  Thanks!
