Samsung TV not connecting to satellite

My iPhone Xbox series x connect to the satellite consistently. But my Samsung picks and chooses when it wants to connect to the satellite or router. How do I make the tv connect to the satellite every time

You can't. The device's own built in roaming protocol decides which to connect to.
