The default SSID changed to "Netgear53"

Hi, I have a similar problem after a firmware update on RAX40 netgear router. The default SSID changed to "Netgear53" and I couldn't figure out the password for WiFi connection. I tried connecting over the ethernet cable, but couldn't figure out the admin password for the GUI access. After factory reset, the device switched to "Netgear50" SSID but wouldn't provide DHCP address to the connected devices and I can't log into the GUI page still, the password for admin isn't default "password" or "admin".

Can someone please help me fix this problem?

Thanks,

Shahab

    Similar to what problem?

Is there an earlier discussion that shows what people have seen and tried?

To which version of the firmware? What was it before?

Is there anything else on the network?

If there is one it might help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
