Warranty cross country

Hi

I purchased RAX200 about year ago from Amazon DE (sold by Amazon) and returned to Korea.

I assume Amazon is authrised resller of Netgear

But when I contact local support center in Korea, I cannot get any support and they told me that I cannot get the RAM neither. 

Is there anyone can confirm this?
