Q. Does anyone out there have any information on how a consumer who purchased a RAXE500 Router can get support? I have been trying for over two weeks and No One from Netgear will assist me with tech support. Always transferring and saying that they have no tech help with an RAXE500 Router. Getting to a point within this 30day period where I am going to seek a Refund from Netgear. Please advise. I have tried there tele number and e-mail with No Solution. Thanks.

To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process.There are a few users on here with RAXE500's. (I've got one).
What issues are you having?
