connection failure issue with IEEE 802.3ad & stuck at 115 Mbps on D720+

Hello everyone, Here you go, I hope you can help me. I have a fixed PC in Wifi 6e. I have a Netgear RAX500-100eu, in Wifi 6e 6ghz Under Nperf I am at a DL rate of 1600 Mbps and UP at 680 Mbps. I have a DS720+ with 10GB of RAM (8+2 soldered), 2 x Nvme 970 evo plus SSD in 500GB, and 2 x 6TB IronWolf Seagate.

On my router, when I switch on the port aggregation in LACPIEE 802.3ad it stays inactive and my NAS stays in 1000Mbps. On the other hand, when I put my router in static aggregation it is "active", my NAS is set in balance XOR static link aggregation (so not LACP), it is well then in 2000mbps FULL DUPLEX MTU 1500 with a single IP. However, when I do a file transfer I am blocked) 115 / 120 mo/s ...

I do not understand. Please help for this trouble. Thanks.
