rax35 keeping droping off and forgetting password
I bought this RAX35 not even a year yet and I am having problem with it droping of the internet and forgetting my password. call and they want to charge me for support, when i still have hardware warranty. this is crazy.

May you perform a factory reset on the router and run through the setup assistant again.
Christian- irae90AspirantI did what was recommended, however, I am having the same problem. I personally think this product is defective and it is not even a year yet since I bought it. I wouldn’t recommend netgear to anyone. The customer service is terrible. They are telling me they know what is wrong and they can fix it, but want me to set up service contract.
