Re: raxe 300 router
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Re: raxe 300 router
Might ask the ISP for additional help with there ISP equipment.
I think Sky has modems with built in routers already. Something to ask them about. If your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.

Try option #2 first...

The DrayTek Vigor 167 is a DSL modem.
Have you got that connected to the Internet?
You need to check that the he DrayTek Vigor 167 is in modem mode.
The manual (see above) explains how to do that.

If you plug a PC into the modem, can you connect to the Internet?
What does "no get signal" mean?
What said "no Internet"?
What colour is the Internet LED on the top?
Can you access the router with a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI)?

Re: raxe 300 router
Not sure if the RAXE has this option...I'd check the routers web pages under Advanced tab/Setup/Internet Setup or WAN setup.
Maybe a setting down under Advanced Tab/Advanced could be seen there.

You should still be able to connect to the modem in bridge mode. That's what the manual says.
The manual in the link I provided explained how to set it up in router mode. It also has plenty of other details.

Modem or router.
When you read the manual search for DHCP. (You wrote DCHP, which won't get you anywhere.)
To work out how to set up your network to work with a different router, talk to your Sky, and DrayTek, the people who made the modem. Or look for advice in the local Sky user group. This really isn't something that Netgear can help with.
Also check this:
Search - NETGEAR Communities – draytek
Or try the router in Access Point mode.

Re: raxe 300 router
Recently, I've noticed that the issue I'm having with connecting my Netgear RAXE 300 is that the Sky connection is MER (DHCP Option 61). Does anyone know what I could do or if there's any solution?"

Have you configured your router to accommodate the client identifier string for option 61?
Under the Basic tab -> Internet, scroll to the bottom of the page and the bottom of the insert window to configure option 61.

Did you read the message from @Kitsap?
Under the Basic tab -> Internet, scroll to the bottom of the page and the bottom of the insert window to configure option 61.
This refers to using a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI) you get into the controls for your RAXE300.
How do I log in to my NETGEAR wireless router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
Not sure about the "insert window". It may mean Internet window.
You could also run the router through the Setup Wizard to see if it can "detect the type of Internet connection that you have".

Your internet service provider (ISP) provides you a client identifier string. Log in to the user interface, go to the Basic tab and then the Internet section. Scroll to the bottom of the page, there will be an insert window that you may also have to scroll to the bottom. There is a box where you type in the client identifier string. Be sure and apply your settings after you type in the information.
See attached screen snip from my router. Yours may look different.
