So it took a full 30-sec hold reset back to factory and reconfigure my network all over to get access to the router. the firmware is definitly corrupt hopefully they can get a stable firware out soon so I don't have to go through this again.

Re: Can’t find router
Been working for over a year, and now today I am unable to access my router via the orbi app or direct via website... multiple restarts and resets not working... sounds like there may be major issue with orbi firmware or someone figured out how to hack the orbi's

What NG product are you referring too?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Re: Can’t find router
Disable WiFi Private IP address and Limit IP Address Tracking on any Apple phones or pads. Try the Orbi app.
15sec press of the reset button then release is recommended if a reset is needed.
Was FW manually updated or automatically updated by NG?

Re: Can’t find router
Last resort would be to TFTP load v4.6.8.2 FW on to the RBR:
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
Need to press the reset button for 30 seconds then release, then it send to PUT the command and upload the FW.
Make sure you enable tftp: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
Video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done:

Try nmrpflash if TFP doesn't work:
