CBR750 Stop Working Today

My CBR750 Stop Working this morning, Power REBOOTED  6 Times, Did it again from the Web orbiLogin  2 times,  and Called Spectrum, and they could see the Orbi, but it would not connect.   Everyone else in the Duplex has a Sepctrum connection

Orbi Firmware V4.6.3.6_2.0.48   CM Firmware V1.01.08  SN 67A2117AA0327

 

Send a Email  for and got a CASE Number 45271207    Called for Support and nobody  answers but Robot selling a support package.

  • Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi With Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi with cable modem and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

        Thank You!    But the unit started working all by it self - I DON'T TRUST Spectrum

        Anything can happen at the ISP level.

         

        Make a new post over in the Orbi with cable modem forum if you feel you need to get more information.

         

        Have the ISP check there signal on the line to up to the modem. It's there responsibility.
