Can RBK853 bought in US/JP be used in Hong Kong?

Hi all,&nbsp;Can I use the RBK853 bought in US/JP in Hong Kong?&nbsp; Does it only need to change the power adapters?&nbsp;Thanks.&nbsp;Cheers,PL

I know the NA region ones are region locked. Not sure about the version you have.&nbsp;
If you can change the region, it'll work fine.&nbsp;
If not, then you might be violating some broadcast restrictions.&nbsp;
