Device not showing up under "Attached Device" in console
On my RBR850, I connected a device via wifi. On the device itself (while connected through bluetooth), I can see my device has an IP of 10.0.0.83. From another device on my network, I can ping this device.
However, If I go to "Attached Devices", I am unable to find this device. How can I get it to show up?

Re: Device not showing up under "Attached Device" in console
Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
I recommend option #2.
What browser are you using?
Does the Orbi app experience same thing with this device not appearing?
Is the device connecting to the RBR or RBS that you can tell? Look at the RBS web page as well.
Might review this as well:

Re: Device not showing up under "Attached Device" in console
I’ve used chrome and safari browsers on my windows, mac and iphone. I’ve also tried the Orbi app from iPhone. The device is closest to my rbr, but i can check the rbs page

Re: Device not showing up under "Attached Device" in console
Sounds like a possible host name thats not being captured by the Orbi system from this device.
Has a full power OFF of the ISP modem, RBR, RBS and all devices for 1 minute or longer then back ON been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
You might try to update the FW to what I linked you to.

Re: Device not showing up under "Attached Device" in console
When the new SPC is active the way the Orbi app handles attached list and the list’s format is different.
I noticed the same issue with devices not showing in the attached list (of online devices) and the device will show as not online although the device is online!. What I do to get the device again is to “remove the device” then with the next refresh it will start to show correctly in the list.
