Guest Network won't disable. (Even though app states it's "off")

Hi, I have disabled my Guest Network through the app and restarted both the router and satellites. According to the app the Guest Network is "off", yet the network is still open and I can log-in. How do I close the Guest Network?

Is the Checkbox checked under Guest Network on the RBRs web page? 

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Hi, I use the Netgear Orbi App.
The Firmware is V4.4.0.10.
Guest WiFi is disabled, please see image.

Thanks again for the reply. I’m afraid I don’t know what you mean, I don't know what the RBR webpage is? The setup manual only provided information on the app. Is there a url?

Do you still connect to guest network after you disable guest wifi via App ?

And can we know what's App version do you use ?
