Need help, Rbr350 won’t connect to plw1000 via Ethernet
So I was using an asus router for ages with the PLW1000 hooked up, all running well, then when I switched to the rbr350 router it for some reason won’t pick up the Ethernet, everything plugged in per usual, tried calling Netgear and sadly nothing worked, anyone have any idea what’s going on here? Thanks in advance guys!

Is it correct to assume that the PLW1000 (pair of PowerLine adapters) is used to connect the router to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) modem/ONT which is in a different location?
Was the ISP modem powered off and back on?
