ORBI 850. Satellite firmware not upgrading.
In need of assistance with my newly purchased ORBI RBR850 and two RBS850 satellites system. Everything seems to be functioning well, except for the synchronization of the satellites.
The phone app indicates good connections, but the admin console reports satellite sync issues. Attempts to update the satellites result in connection refusal and update failures.
I've attempted wiring the satellite to the router, performed device resets, and manually downloaded firmware, yet none have proven effective.
Seeking suggestions before considering a return to the shop or exploring alternative solutions.

Try manully upgrading using the RBS web page by logging into it's WEB page with a web browser and sending the FW file there.
Be sure top update the RBS FIRST, then RBR lastly:
