ORBI WIFI 6 AX6000 RBK852 Dropping Internet Frequently

My Orbi Wifi 6 AX6000 RBK852 system drops internet connection for about a minute or less about 5-10 times a day. It is not my modem (devices connected directly to that Wifi never lose signal. I have a brand new Non Managed Netgear switch (which works great with my OLD router) that is also not the problem. Netgear's tech support was not able to figure it out and actually swopped the device for a replacement (assuming it was a hardware issue) and the new one is doing exact same thing. I feel there must be a setting in the orbilogin.net configuration panel but not sure where to start. Does anyone have any suggestions before I sell this router on E-Bay, broadcast a terrible review on social media and just go my merry way???

  • Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please also give your ISP brand and model# modem/ONT thats in use as well there.

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

    Thank you.
