Orbi AX6000 Ethernet Backhaul
Im having an issue using my Orbi AX6000 in ethernet backhaul,
The two satellites are showing as offline when i open up the orbi app, and they don't show when i login through the website (orbilogin) but when i manually type in the IP address on the web browser of the satellites it shows that they are online... Does anyone have any idea as to what could be causing this to happen? I have one satellite on each floor connected via ethernet, im running them in AP mode.
Current Software Version: 4.6.8.5 (Router + 2 Satellites)

Re: Orbi AX6000 Ethernet Backhaul
How are they connected to the RBR? Directly behind the RBR or is there a lan switch in between?

Re: Orbi AX6000 Ethernet Backhaul
What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?
What CAT# LAN cable are you using? CAT6 is recommended.
Check LAN cables and connections.
