As FURRYe38 mentions, there are several traditional steps commonly taken when electronic devices misbehave, including:

• Turn it off and back on again.
• Verify that the web browser administration matches the app. (i.e. they both show Guest network enabled.)
• Update to the most recent firmware. (because that is one of the first questions people ask.)
• If all else fails, do a Factory Reset.
