Orbi RBR 750 connection to Sky broadband
I have an Orbi750 with 2 satellites connected via a DrayTek Vigor 130 modem. Have have been using BT broadband as my internet provider. This has been working very well. I have now changed from BT to Sky broadband and can not now get the Orbi to work. Consequently half of the house now has no Wi-Fi and my Sky Q TV no longer works.
How do I get my Orbi system to work with Sky broadband. I am not particularly techie so please keep answers simple!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Contact the ISP to ensure they don't require any special or specific ISP user account configurations on the modem or router.
