Orbi RBR350 and 2 RBS350 Firmware Issue after 4.4.1.29 upgrade

I recently brought my Orbis set up out of storage and figured that it was best to upgrade them to the latest firmware so downloaded and upgraded to 4.4.1.29.

All went OK till I wanted to log in using local web page with IP 192.168.1.1 and now the Orbi tells me I have to use the app.

I have the app but it checks the internet connection and fails (I have another router connected at the moment and it is working OK)

I have tried multiple factory reset on the router and even though the power light flashes when I push and hold a paperclip on the reset, the router alwats comes up with the same screen as attached.

Any help appreciated.

Look for the link at the bottom of that page that says don't have a mobile device. This will take you thru the setup wizard with the web browser.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Thanks FURRYe38, I was missing the bottom of the web page but when I scrolled down I saw the option if you do not have mobile app and have managed to fix my issues, much appreciated.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
