Re: Orbi RBR750 randomly drops internet connection
Ok. Sounds like the RBR is in a bad state currently right now.
Can you power OFF the ISP modem and RBR for 1 minute then back ON with the modem first, then the RBR.
Can you access same address then?

192.168.1.1/debug.htm didn't work, but orbilogin.com/debug.htm did. Here is what I see..

Re: Orbi RBR750 randomly drops internet connection
Ok so the RBR has not rebooted in almost past 5 days. Did you do anything with the RBR 5 days ago, reboot or power cycle it?
Just curious here.
I find it odd that you can't access the debug page at 192.168.1.1. I see your devices are getting 192.168.1.something addresses.
And you do have email logging enabled?
What logs sections are currently selected?

Re: Orbi RBR750 randomly drops internet connection
Yes, power cycled everything. Let RBR, RBS, and modem all sit for 10 minutes downtime before bringing back up. Not 100% on actual timing but that nearly coincides with when I finally came here for some help. Wondering if having a scheduled reset on the router would help as I didn't see issues that first day.
As for the router login, yeah weird. I can't login to 192.168.1.1 at all (same message), only orbilogin.com

Re: Orbi RBR750 randomly drops internet connection
So between 5 days ago and now, has the RBR lost it's connection to the modem any?
Ya, wondering if you can't access the 192.168.1.1 what is causing that. Something maybe in a bad state.

Re: Orbi RBR750 randomly drops internet connection
Not that I'm aware of. Again reiterating my original problem. I do not believe there is any issue between the modem and router as devices don't all go offline together. I can still access my laptop's wifi when my desktop's wired connection drops, and vice-versa. The issue appears to be my router's DHCP constantly reassigning IPs to MAC addresses on the network..

Re: Orbi RBR750 randomly drops internet connection
Do you have any RBS deployed? If so, can you turn these OFF and see if the RBR alone continues to assign DHCP IP addresses?
Are you using the default IP address range?

Re: Orbi RBR750 randomly drops internet connection
Ok. Thanks for checking that. Go and and turn the RBS back on.
Seems like there is a DHCP handling issue with the RBR that's not caused by anything with the RBS. 😒

Re: Orbi RBR750 randomly drops internet connection
Can you please go to this link: http://orbilogin.com/RST_statistics.htm
and either take a screenshot and attach it.
Sending you a PM shortly as well. Look for the envelope at the top of the page and when it says 1 - I have sent it.

Re: Orbi RBR750 randomly drops internet connection
So the WAN or RBR isn't going down or loosing the connection with the modem.
What does the system up time display at 192.168.1.1/debug.htm ?

Re: Orbi RBR750 DHCP was assigning IPs far too often
Dude, can you please reread this thread before asking any more questions? No, the connection from the modem to the router has been fine this entire time.
I still cannot get to 192.168.1.1

Re: DHCP was assigning IPs far too often
Sorry about that, this thread is getting long in the pants. For got your having problems getting to 192.168.1.1 but you can get to orbilogin.com/debug.htm correct?
Also the subject of this post is kind of miss leading?

Re: Orbi RBR750 DHCP was assigning IPs far too often
Able to access the debug page via orbilogin.com, but not 192..
And yes, the title could have more info but I cannot edit it. It was determined by post #5 that the DHCP was assigning IPs far too often. I'm not going to recreate this thread..

Not asking you to create new one and not needed. Fixed.
So let us know if @TC_in_Montana suggestions help you. If not, we'll go from there.

Re: Orbi RBR750 DHCP was assigning IPs far too often
Regarding the login. Works on 192.168.1.100. Don't remember why I changed but that is the address of the router.

Re: Orbi RBR750 DHCP was assigning IPs far too often
Ah ha...ok...that would be the reason why 192.168.1.1 doesn't work.
