The 2.5 Gig port on the Orbi RBR750 only provides less than 1 Gig speed. The modem is at 1.4 Gig download speed from the ISP so the issue is the Orbi router. The firmware is up to date. So there is a flaw with the router. Is this issue being resolved?
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Please provide ISP brand and model# information there as well.
The 7 series only has a 1Gb WAN and LAN ports. So you'll not get anything much over 900Mpbs speeds.
The 8 series has a 2.5Gb WAN port. You could see over 1Gb on wireless connected devices here. LAN ports are all 1Gb though.
