Which app is this? Android or iOS?
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

I have checked all documentation i have. We have had this product now for over a year and still no one can help me login! The orbilogin DOES NOT WORK, i have put in admin and password, i have tried admin and my wifi password, nothing works. I have tried logging in via the IP direct adress, NOTHING WORKS!
This is a very expensive product and not a single person can explain how to login and perform the most basic tasks.
The device connected is an android phone. I am using the app on IOS.

That raises another question that I didn't add because it gets too long.
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

Before anyone can begin to help, they need to know what is happening at your end. I'm afraid that "it does not work" offers no useful diagnostic detail.
What happens when you try to login? Any messages?
What is this "IP direct address"? Is that the LAN IP address 192.168.1.1?
