I have several problems. The first is HOW and where can I connect to the routers webinterface? No one can explain this to me. Second, we had a device connected to our system, I paused this device in the app so the device had no connection to the internet. But after this the device could not be “unpaused”. We then deleted the device and tried connecting it to the router again, it connects but the WiFi connection states “connected to router but NO connection to internet. We have tried everything, this device is now IMPOSSIBLE to connect to internet. What is going on here?

That raises another question that I didn't add because it gets too long.
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

Before anyone can begin to help, they need to know what is happening at your end. I'm afraid that "it does not work" offers no useful diagnostic detail.
What happens when you try to login? Any messages?
What is this "IP direct address"? Is that the LAN IP address 192.168.1.1?
