Orbi Satellite disconnets when streaming video

I have an RBR350 with four RBS350 satellites. My LG TV is connected by RJ45 to one of these Satellites which in turn has a wired connection to the Router via a switch. When streaming videos from my Synology NAS or from BBC iPlayer, the RBS350 randomly drops out of the network and resets. This happens with both 1080p and 720p videos. I have swapped out the Satellite but the problem persists. Last night it dropped out three times while trying to watch a 20 minute program. It has been happening occasionally over the last six months, but recently it is getting much worse.
It has firmware V4.4.1.29.
Is there a log file anywhere on the system that I can download to see what is causing the dropout?
Help please, it is driving me crackers.

Have you tried changing what channel you're using for the 2.4ghz and 5ghz?
the 350 series is only dual band so is a bit more sensitive to interference/high bandwidth than the tribands.

What happens if for test, you swap out the satellite with another switch so it goes router----switch----switch---tv.

Re: Orbi Satellite disconnets when streaming video
Thanks for your reply
Sorry, I have given the wrong config.
The satellite is not connected to the router by copper, only wireless. See attached image map

I'll try that thanks. It was set to auto, I'll try one of the higher DFS channels, they look pretty clear in my location.

Re: Orbi Satellite disconnets when streaming video
DFS tends to work pretty well unless you have radar in the area. Then its pretty sketchy.
If it doesn't help, try the higher non-dfs channels.
