Orbi Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 Router
Hi ... I have a n Orbi Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 Router plus 3 satellites ... everything was and in working perfectly ... but now I cannot login to the Router ... I can't get to via local browser. I can login to each of the satellites and all functions seem to be working fine ... just can't login to even or even get the page to connect ... also can't get to it via iPhone App. I have tried rebooting everything. Any suggestions? I was hoping to avoid doing a "Reset" as I have a few rules, IP assignments, renamed devices, etc. Thanks

Re: Orbi Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 Router
I have the same issue with my RBR750 too. Everything is working fine except that I cannot connect to the router to check on status or anything. It just happened recently, so I suspect that it might have been something with Orbi/Netgear service in the cloud than my actual router. Will wait few more days before I reset the router which will be a big trouble for 100+ devices that are connected to this wifi...

Factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser at HTTP 192.168.1.1. Don't use Orbi app.

Re: Orbi Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 Router
We have no idea IF or when NG will be fixing this or how they will push it out. For immediate resolution, a factory reset is needed. Otherwise you can wait for NG to do something or make contact with NG support:

Others have already posted that factory resets resolves this.

Thanks ... I will do the reset ... but I can't say I'm happy about have to re-do address assignments, port forwarding, etc. Would be nice to have an explanation about I can't reach my Router on my LNA LOL.

Re: Orbi Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 Router
You and everone else.
I highly recommend after you reset and setup again, that you make a backup configuration to file. Saves time should any factory reset be needed in the future: https://kb.netgear.com/000062080/How-do-I-back-up-the-configuration-settings-on-my-Orbi-WiFi-System
