RBK750 died
Wow....my router died after 4 months. The backhaul of one of my two satellites was operating at 5ghz initially and then it got stuck at 2.4ghz after one month of operation, and that slowed down my wifi speed dramatically. Now after 4 months, my router no longer provides internet access. It's not my gateway because I have internet access if I hook up to the ethernet port of the gateway. Absolute garbage...my most regretable purchase ever. I'm done with NG.

Re: RBK750 died
Hi @goldeneye888,
Do you know if your RBR750 recently got the latest FW update?
If you have Armor active, can you try disabling it.
I suggest to PM @Christian_R or @Blanca_O and provide your info so that it can be further investigated.

Re: RBK750 died
Firmware is latest and was last updated 3 months ago.
I've tried rebooting both my gateway and router for like 6 times.
I haven't made any changes to the settings lately.
Just my luck....I lost my receipt.

Re: RBK750 died
Hi @goldeneye888,
Can you try uploading the latest FW https://kb.netgear.com/000063527/RBR750-RBS750-Firmware-Version-3-2-18-1 to your RBR750 using the TFTP method? If that doesn't work, you can try a lower FW version.

As for the proof of purchase, I'm sure you'll be able to get one from the store you purchased it from.
Hope this helps.
