RBR750 FW upgrade

[MK2022]

1) Received an e-mail from NG that a new FW / security update is available for ORBI RBR750.

2) FW update using the web interface says "No New Firmware Available" for RBR750 [current FW: V4.6.9.11] and it is stuck at "Please wait a moment..." for the Orbi Satellite-1.

3) For the RBS750, the backhaul status (which is wired) reads "Out of sync".

a) How do I fix this out of sync?

b) Do I need to install the latest FW manually?

c) I have found the following FW releases on NG support: RBR750-V4.6.11.1 and RBS750-V4.6.11.1. Do I first update the satellite and then the router?

Anything else I need to take into account?

Ya I saw that v.11.1 was available however were waiting on some feedback in regards to that and the support for it. 

You can MANUALLY apply that version if you like. ALWAYS update the RBS first, then the RBR lastly. 

Soon as I get some feedback from NG, will point me in the directly we need to go with this version. 

If your system is working currently, then keep what loaded on it. "If it works, don't fix it."
