RBR750 disconnects from Internet

I've been having the same issue lately with my RBR750 router and 2 RBS350 Satellites both with the latest 4.6.14.3 firmware update.  I intermittently lose internet connection throughout the day.  It's especially bad overnight usually when the internet goes 5-10 minutes after I reset my modem (Arris SB8200) and router.  I've tried everything possible to remedy the issue.  I bought a new cat6 ethernet cable from my modem to my router.  I even reset my my router and setup my network over again with a new SSID.  I even went as far as contacting my ISP to see if they see something on there end, and they tell me the connection is good to the modem, but my router is causing the issue.  Can anyone help?  This issue has become very stressful to me and my family.

Does the front LED on the RBR turn PINK when this happens? 

Do the logs from the RBRs web page show this as well? 

 

How many RBS are deployed? 
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

 

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

 

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.

Yes the RBR shows a pink/magenta color when the router disconnects from the internet.

 

I don't know what else to do.  I've rebooted my entire network, installed new cables, everything I try and it keeps disconnecting.  I bought this router at the end of September and I'm seriously regret buying it. Please help.

Do the logs from the RBRs web page show this as well? 

Does the RBR logs show the following when this happens"

"[Internet connected] IP address: ##.##.###.##, Tuesday, Feb 14,2023 07:22:0
[Internet disconnected] Tuesday, Feb 14,2023 07:22:09"

 

If the RBR is showing PINK on the front LED when this happens this means the RBR has lost communication with the ISP modem or the modem stopped giving proper data to the RBR.

I can only work right if signal from the modem is working right. 

I would have the ISP check your modem and signals up to the modem and also be sure to have them check there logs to see if they see any problems at the time frames your seeing this happen. Have them review the modems event logs and cable connection status information too for any issues. Warnings, Errors or Critcals seen in the event logs needs to be addressed and resolved by the ISP.

After calling Netgear technical support and resetting the modem various times and changing the wifi channels, to no avail, Netgear is sending me a replacement router.
