RBR850 port forwarding stoped working
I've had a Synology NAS attached to my network for over a year now with no problem accessing it from outside of my LAN. A few weeks ago my outside connections stopped working. Internally, it's fine, I can connect and see all of my shares. Port 5006 is set up in the Orbi Port Forwarding / Port Triggering page, but when I check it with yougetsignal.com it says that port 5006 is closed.
My RBR850 is on firmware V4.6.14.3_2.3.12. My ISP provided modem is a modem only, with no router functionality.
Any idea what is happening?

Re: RBR850 port forwarding stoped working
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Is the port actively being used before the port check begins?
Is uPnP disabled on the RBR?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
