We just bought the orbi RBRE960 system and i connected 3 sattelites. Evetything seemex to work fine up untill the moment i connected my solarpanels with homebattery and my outdoor cameras. They can’t seem to communicate over the internet when i do that. Fot example i don’t have access to my live feed anymore. When i check my connected devices on my computer. I can find these 2 and they are green (approved intefnetconnection).
Can someone help me to solve this problem?
Thx

Thanks for all the help.
The company of the converter for my solarpanels cantacted me and told me it’s is a problem in the converter itself. So there was no problem at all with my orbi system.

Re: RBRE 960 blocks sunpanel and alarm internet
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
Have you enabled the IoT SSID network and connected these devices to this network?
Are these devices ethernet or wireless devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Re: RBRE 960 blocks sunpanel and alarm internet
First and all thanks for the quick respond.
To be clear i have other devices connected wireless and through cable and they all seem to work fine, just these 2 wont connect to the internet.
I'll try to answer your questions as best as possible.
Firmware version: V6.3.7.10_3.3.3
I live in Belgium and i use Telenet and i have their latest model modem.
The cable is fine i tried it on an other device.
I have one router and 3 sattelites
My home is about 3100sq ft
IoT SSID network is disabled so they are not connected to this network.
They are both connected through wire.
Hope this helps in finding a solution.

Might contact the Mfr of these sun panels to see if they can help out here as well.
