RBS350 - Continuous resynching

My satellite continues to re-synch itself at irregular intervals.

Firmware is V4.4.0.10.

Router is RBR350 running the same version of firmware and is running in AP mode.

I have tried changing the WiFi channels to see if that helps but unfortunately there isn't any improvement.

 

Satellite starts flashing white led which then becomes fixed blue for 3 minutes before switching off. Then after a short period its starts the same sequence.

Router and Satellite are only about 15 feet apart.

 

Any help appreciated

    Hello steve37066,

     

    I understand your RBS350 is constantly syncing and is only 15 feet away from the router. Lowering your transmit power to 50% can resolve this issue. To change your transmit power please follow the instructions below.

     

    From the router login home page navigate to the following:

     

    • "ADVANCED"
    • "Wireless Settings"
    • "Transmit Power Control"

      Hi Kevin,

      Thanks for replying,

      Have reduced transmit power to 50% for both 2.4 and 5GHz channels but the problem persists.

      Any other ideas?
