RBS750 Satellite not connecting at all
My RBS750 satellite no longer shows up on my network at all, either on the app or on the website. I moved it right next to the Orbi router but it still does not sync. I factory reset it using a paperclip multiple times and rebooted the whole system, but still nothing. When I push the sync button during setup it just vacillates between pulsating white light and a blinking white light; I can't get any other ring colors to appear. Is there anything else I can try?
I am running the NETGEAR Orbi Whole Home Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System (RBK752) with a router and just one satellite.
Thanks!
Alex

If the satellite no longer appears on the Attached Devices, did you select the menu item "Add Orbi satellite" (bottom menu item) and follow the directions? (This involves pressing the sync button on both the satellite and the router in the correct sequence.)

Yep, I tried it on the app as well as on http://192.168.1.1/ but it still isn't recognizing it. I tried pressing the sync button on the satellite and then the router and then vice versa.
I'm guessing you posted on the forum because the 90 days of 'complimentary support' have expired. Is the satellite within the one year hardware warranty? If so, I would contact netgear about a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Start by logging into my.netfgear.com , select the equipment, then click the button Request Hardware Support.
If it is more than a year old, then it may be possible to reflash the satellite firmware. Not a trivial process.
