RBS750 satellites show backhaul status out of sync

I have Netgear Orbi RBS750 Router with 2 satellites (Bought from Costco).  I see sometimes one of the satellite goes into out of sync status in the backhaul. I am using the latest firmvare version V4.6.3.16_2.0.51. 

I tried to look at the answers before, tried to restart and reset the satellite. Is there a setting to adjust?

What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

Firmware on the router and satellites? 

What is it showing for sync status? 

How far from the router are the satellites? 

How big is your home (sq ft)

what are the interior walls made of in the home (some materials block wifi better than others)

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

 

Is WMM enabled Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Home size is ~2750 sqft.

Distance between router and satellites is more than 30 feet and the walls are standard sheetrock walls. 

 

Yes the setting is enabled for both 2.4 and 5GHz bands. 

 

By the way backhaul status when it shows under the "Advanced | Attached Devices" show good sometimes, out of sync is intermittent.

Try moving the RBS just a bit closer. Maybe 5 feet?

Check your firmware on each satellite.  I had one that did not update to .16 firmware and it was exhibiting this behavior, but now works after I did a manual update to it.  You should be able to see it in the web app or just log into the IP address of the satellite directly.
