Zero information on when that will be forth coming.
I would recommend the user to contact NG support to ask about testing a beta version if one maybe available to check out.
Netgear has replied and told me I am using the wrong firmware version. They said I should be using 3.2.16.6, not 3.2.17.x.
The problem is solved in the sense the CBK752 kit is on it's way back to Amazon for a full refund.
The Orbi CBK40 kit is back in place, workling quite well, and I am amazed how much faster pages load with working DNS - it's like having a new computer - I hadn't realized just how much the issue was disrupting things. Sure, the slower backhaul is an unfortunate side effect, but I'm getting nearly 600Mbs over it, occasional droops to around 500M -- since I can always drag a wire, it's not a huge setback.

Good Luck though.

Re: RBS750 vs PSV-2020-0432
Actually - Netgear has been mum on the DNS issue. At least to general customers like myself. Same goes for the backhaul speed issue, the log issue, the remote management issue, and while some may think email and port forwarding port numbers are meaningless, they are important and it's why the settings are available. If I open port 40000 and use the HTTPS protocol there, the router should not allow a port 443 request through to port 443 just for the heck of it - yet the CBR750 does.
My last communication from them regarding my 02/28 request for help was on 03/10: they had this to say -- and nowhere did they mention anything was a known issue nor that an update could be expected that would resolve an issue.

We will still be using the latest firmware we have on our support site which is the firmware version 3.2.16.18. Please refer to the links below for the said firmware.
