RBSE960 Add-on Satellite Use as main router/switch

I was thinking of picking this up (mostly because of the price) 

but as it is a "satellite" I was wondering if  I could use this as my router/switch or if it can only be use as a satellite?

I can't find anything on if this can be done. 

I have my main router feeding from the wall into the my actual wifi router right now, would this be able to just take its place? It is essentially just an ap.
