Re: Setting Up a Wired Satellite

I have a three-pack AX 6000 system. I live in an older home with dense walls, and one of my satellites has to be placed in an area that results in a significant drop of speed to wireless devices in that part of the house. I'd like to leave the satellite with a strong signal wireless and make the weak one one wired. The one I'd like to wire (with a cable connected directly to the router) is already connected wirelessly.
Is it OK to have one satellite wired and another one wireless? Can I go ahead and plug in the ethernet cable to the satellite, or do I need to do something in settings first?
Thank you.

After connecting the ethernet cable everything should go automatically, no settings modifications are required.

Re: Setting Up a Wired Satellite
It is absolutely fine to have a satellite in wired mode -- with or without another in wireless mode.
