The "admin" password "password" does not work for me....
The "admin" password "password" does not work for me.... tried deleting the app from my phone, and it doesnt work... what can I do?

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are having issues with your Orbi application. Your Orbi app login credentials are different than your webpage credentials.
Please follow the steps below to change the password to your Orbi app:
- First, reset your Orbi router.
- ThenWait for your Orbi router to start up. (Your Orbi router's ring LED pulses white during start-up and then becomes solid white. This can take up to five minutes.)
- Now, return to your Orbi application.
- Next, Connect to your Orbi router's default WiFi
- Finally, follow the prompts on your Orbi application to create your login credentials.
