Webex and RBR750 + RBS750 connectivity issues
Hi everyone,
My setup:
1) Netgear Orbi RBK752 - Mesh Wifi - 2 pack system;
2) Orbi connected to ISP directly (PPPoE, VLAN 6);
3) Firmware version: V3.2.18.1_1.4.14;
4) Net speed tests are OK, 500/500, MTU is set to 1492 on hosts locally and on WAN interface;
5) Other settings: NAT open, IPv6 enabled, default DMZ host is set, WMM disabled;
6) WebEx Linux client is used.
Problem:
Cisco WebEx client hangs for few seconds during video calls and then reconnects. It happens randomly. Cisco WebEx network tests are green. (https://mediatest.ciscospark.com/).
Additional observations:
1) Using ISP modem instead of ORBI solves the problem;
2) Using mikrotik router as an intermidiate between WebEx client and Orbi solves the problem.
I found other posts about WebEx issues using ORBI but setup is different.
Are there any other hiddent ORBI settings to try out?
Got TCP dump from ORBI debug page, during connection problems there are many [TCP ACKed unseen segment] followed by [RST] sequences. I'm not good at analyzing TCP dumps though.

Re: Webex and RBR750 + RBS750 connectivity issues
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Traffic Meter, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set CTS to 2347. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
