Xfinity service interruption
CM1200 modem with Orbi AX4200 (WIFI 6) router. Xfinity cable signal routinely goes out, can't watch a 30 minute show without the screen going black for 5-10 seconds. No problem with streaming (NETFLIX, etc.). Xfinity tech says there is a signal loss somewhere between their signal and my modem/router/distro, but he can't track b/c not a Xfinity modem/router. Says he believes the cable box (his initial suspect) is not receiving updates due to this issue, likely leading to routine blackouts. Talked about Xfinity "mocha" system, should be independent of wifi issues. Any thoughts?

Re: Xfinity service interruption
Keep in contact with the tech and the ISP. If it's on there side of the fence, they need to fix it.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
