how much Gbit/s do I need?

I bought a rbk852 but what if when the 6gbit/s are too much and I could save money with a lower system like rbk763? I don't know how much I need?

Where are you seeing this 6Gbs at?

IF your looking at the spec sheet and seeing 6Gb for wifi, that is combine total connection rate for the 2.4 and 5Ghz radios is all. Actual connection rates will be different depending upon your client devices you connect.

A 7 series would work as well. Just one RBS would be needed for either model you decide on.

Re: how much Gbit/s do I need?

You don't need to. Just know that there is a connection rate that differs from the bandwidth that you get from the ISP.

Not all devices support high connection rates and you don't have to have devcies that match what the ISP is giving you. The ISP speed is a bandwidth speed only. You may or may not use the entire speed all at once. Depends on what you have online and are doing with this devices thru the ISP that uses what devcies need to get what your looking for, i.e. streaming or general surfing or gaming.

Overall, try something RBK752 or RBK852 and see how it goes for you.

30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
