orbi router
I HAVE AN RK752 ORBI ROUTER WITH PARENTAL CONTROLS. I RESET IT TO FACTORY SETTINGS. DELETED 2 OR 3 PROFILES UNDER PARENTAL CONTROLS. I CANNOT DELETE THE 3RD PROFILE WHEN PARENTAL CONTRLS ARE TURNED BACK ON.
IT SAYS UNABLE TO DELETE PROFILE.
ANY IDEAS?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Smart Parental Controls product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with these controls and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this forum.
