password no longer works

I've had my Orbi mesh router (RB850) working for a couple of years and on occasion have had to reset the admin password.  I generally login through the app on my phone using FaceID.

That login process has abruptly stopped working and I'm not provided any option to reset the password.

Anyone else experiencing this?  Any solution?
