  • What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Does the front LED appear to show anything when you loose internet?

What devices do you have connected?

Both wire and wireless loose connections?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Does the front LED appear to show anything when you loose internet? : sometimes pink led is on but not immediately.

What devices do you have connected?  : many wifi ( IOT devices , computer, smartphone), some wired ( NAS, computer )

Both wire and wireless loose connections?  yes

I swtich router mode to AP mode, any no issue since 4 days.

I think DHCP implementation is really buggy !
