What could be the possible cause of the RBR750 router slowing down to under 80 Mbps within a week of rebooting, despite the Comcast modem consistently showing speeds close to 1 Gbps? Additionally, what steps can be taken to address this issue without requiring multiple reboots of the RBR750 router?
That is most strange. We have Comcast (Xfinity) with the RBR750 and our speeds are actually a bit more than our plan. Comcast typically pushes about 10% more than your "up to" speed. We have the 800/20 cable plan and usually get around 900/25 at the 750. However, I don't use any Comcast equipment. I use my own modem (Motorola DOCSIS 3.1). The 750 is pretty much setup with defaults.
